Assembling a Bamboo School Building

In January 2009, Hana high school students and community volunteers assembled a bamboo building for a new workshop while being filmed by the TV show 'Renovation Nation' with Steve Thomas. This 32'x36' building was manufactured by Bamboo Technologies at its bamboo house factory in Vietnam, shipped to Maui, and reassembled in two days.
